If you’re reporting a problem, tell us what happened and which iPhone and iOS version you’re using. Please leave out private family details and Apple Account passwords.

Need help with a purchase?

Contact us with a description of the issue. Do not send payment-card details or your Apple Account password. Purchases and subscriptions are processed through your Apple account.
